Jewish Conversion Education Online
Our online Jewish conversion program was created to make serious Jewish learning and rabbinic guidance more accessible to people who may not have a nearby synagogue, live far from a Jewish community, face mobility or geographic limitations, or need greater flexibility in how they study.
We believe access can be widened without lowering the seriousness of the conversion process. Students receive structured Jewish education, personal rabbinic guidance, ongoing support, and preparation for the final stages of conversion.
Our goal is to provide a thoughtful, welcoming path for people who are sincerely exploring Judaism while being transparent about the process, expectations, and differences in recognition among Jewish communities.

Meet Our Founder
Rabbi Marc Rubenstein
Rabbi Marc Rubenstein has spent more than 50 years in Jewish education, rabbinic leadership, and guiding individuals who are exploring conversion to Judaism. As founder of our online Jewish conversion program, he has helped create a structured approach that combines Jewish learning, personal rabbinic guidance, and greater access for students who may not have a local conversion program available to them.
His academic background includes study at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, a bachelor’s degree in Religion and History Studies from American University, rabbinical training at the Academy for Jewish Religion in New York, and a master’s degree in Jewish History from New York University.
Throughout his career, Rabbi Marc has worked with students from a wide variety of backgrounds and life circumstances. His approach emphasizes serious Jewish study, thoughtful preparation, and individualized guidance throughout the conversion process.
Today, Rabbi Marc continues to teach and mentor students while working alongside our broader rabbinic team to help make Jewish learning and conversion education more accessible without diminishing the seriousness or commitment of the journey.
Sophie Klein
Student Support & Course Instructor
Sophie Klein works closely with students throughout the online Jewish conversion program, helping with enrollment, course access, scheduling, and day-to-day questions.
As one of the course instructors, she also helps students navigate their studies and stay connected with the rabbinic team.
From a student’s first inquiry through the later stages of the program, Sophie provides practical support and helps make the online learning experience feel organized, personal, and accessible.
